Manistee,Michigan ~ Bay City`s Cory ~ Mad Bomber~ Peterson made his pro debut against Muskegons Eddie Iceman Tice (5-0) at the Little River Casino on Nov. 24th. Peterson had a dominating Performance over Tice and in the 4th round Peterson had Tice out on his feet and the Referee jump in and stopped the fight 1:48 of the 4th round giving Peterson an upset 4th round TKO

Saginaw,Michigan~Bay City`s Cory ~ Mad Bomber ~ Peterson had his second fight against Willie (Pretty Boy) Diamond Once again Peterson had a dominating performance winning by Unanimous Decision in 4 rounds. Peterson knocked down Diamond in the first round with a triple left hook giving Diamond a 8 count. Diamond put up a great fight throughout battling with Peterson exchanging blows but Peterson continued to Dominate and staggering Diamond in each round.

Lansing Mi. ~ Cory (Mad Bomber) Peterson wins by TKO!  1:57 of the 1st round Peterson dominated throught the first round. Joey (FLint Toy) Choate is now 0 wins 3 loses. While The (Mad Bomber) is now 3 wins 0 losses with (2-KO's).

Peoria Illinois ~ Cory (Mad Bomber) Peterson wins again by 2nd Round KO. Peterson went down twice in round one to get up and come back in the 2nd round and Knockout Rodriguez with a right to the body and left hook to the head and right hand behind that and the finishing blow was another enormous overhand Right. Rodriguez went down and couldnt get up. Peterson's Tremendous Power was really the deciding factor in the fight. The body punches Peterson was throwing was taking everything out of Rodriguez and set him up for the Head shots that took him out.

Lansing Mi. in a 4 Round bout Mad Bomber took on Bruce Burkhardt who was making his Pro Debut. Peterson Staggered Burkhardt from the start and never let up. Burkhardt took alot of punches to the head and hung in there for four Rounds and went down at the Bell in the final round to only be saved by the bell and lose a Unanimous Decision to the Mad Bomber who now is 5 wins - 0 losses (3KO's).

Rochester, New York in a 6 round fight against Welterweight WBF Title Holder Johnathon Tubbs 10wins 2 loses 1 draw. Peterson dominated from the first round on until late in the 4th round Peterson staggerd Tubbs with right hand left hook and down went Tubbs who was then saved by the bell. Round 5 started the same as Round 4 ended with Peterson dropping Tubbs 18 secs. in and the Ref. stopped the fight. Mad Bomber is now 6 wins 0 loses. Rated 97 in the World Rankings and 19 in the United States.

Bay City, Mi. in a 10 Round Championship Series Title fight against Patrick Byrd 16 Wins 12 Loses.  Peterson dominated from the first round on and staggered Byrd throughout the fight.  Peterson dropped Byrd in the 9th Round but the Ref. called it a slip. Peterson won on a Unanimous Decision and the Hooter Title Belt. Peterson improves to 7 wins 0 Loses.

Chicago iLL. in a 8 round welterweight fight against Southpaw Devon Alexander 12 wins 0 Loses. Peterson down twice in the first round and Referree stopped the fight at 2:59 never giving Peterson a chance to come out in the second round.  Peterson now 7 wins 1 lose.

Newark New Jersey, in a 6 round Jr. Middleweight fight against Southpaw Alex Perez 8 wins 0 Loses. Peterson pressesed the whole fight had Perez hurt in rounds 2 and 5 but just couldnt put Perez away and each round he was saved by the bell. Peterson lost a Controversial Unanimous Decision which everybody including Perez hometown crowd thought Peterson won the fight.

1/18/08

Tampa Florida in a 8 Round Light Welterweight fight against Derrick Samuels 15 wins 3 loses 1 draw. Peterson had broken jaw in 1st round and lost first round and came back to win the 2nd and was winning the 3rd when Peterson's Jaw Shattered completly with 30 seconds left in the round Peterson had Samuels in the corner was controlling the fight and Samuels caught Peterson with a short uppercut and his jaw shattered bad and Peterson couldnt continue. Upsetting lose but thats the sport. Im now BACK.
